GY-SAF

Features
  • GY-SAF, the drill that combines the advantages of solid carbide drills with replaceable inserts.
  • The same drill body can be equipped with inserts of differents diameter.
  • Replaceable inserts of same sizes are interchangeable on different lenght toolholders.
  • Re-grinding operations are no longer necessary..
  • One screw anly allows the insert to be replaced quickly.

TY-SAF

FY-SAF

Features
  • FY-SAF is designed to drill into solid metal with no guide nor tapping hole.
  • Drilling depth is x3 diameter regardless of the diameter of the drill.
  • The new rounded spiral flute design makes the drill very rigid and provides excellent chip evaluation.
  • Insert setting based on a triangular shape allows high precision indexing.
  • Thick inserts ensure increased security.
  • The large bearing collar ahead of the shank provides good drill stability.
